SFW but I'd turn down the volume if I were you.

I had dinner in Austria last night, breakfast in Germany, lunch in Belgium and dinner in New York. Eight countries in about 10 days. Crazy, yeah? Lemme sort a bit and I'll give you the highlights.

I came back to a whirlwind of business and personal problems but I think I'm ready for them.

I may stop dating for a while.

My mind's focused on making enough scratch to live like I've been living for the past week.

I wanna go see China and my grandma now.

Es ist so seltsam etwas für mich absolut Normales, wie die Wiesn als so ein Hype-objekt vorgesetzt zu bekommen :) lustig du warst in meiner Heimatstadt :)

Yes, it was SO MUCH fun at Oktoberfest - thanks so much. Too bad we didn't get a chance to meet.

I was surprised both at how much I remembered and how much I forgot.

Hahahaha - I met many! But just very briefly.

This was actually the longest I'd gone without a date for goodness knows how long. I think it was a needed break. Plus, I think I'm refocused.

Were we there at the same time? So many Asians were there, I was pleasantly surprised. I met this really cool (and tall!) Asian-Canadian, who said, "Man, we're all over!" and I said, "Yes, yes we are..."

Probably not...we were there from 9/23-27. Cinque Terre and Rome from 9/27-10/2, Paris on 10/3, and Amsterdam from 10/4-5.

Fraid that's not in the cards for a while. :( Everything's on hold till we figure out where the hell we're going to be living; until then we have to keep putting extra cash into savings.

Today he texted me to say he called NYU and asked to be removed from consideration for the position. No word on why yet, but it looks like we won't be moving there.

Hopefully I'll get up for a visit one of these daysyears though. ;)
