72nd to Canal Episode 1 - Part 2


I've got close to 500 page views a day on this blog, over 500 views of the video...and only 17 people have clicked the Digg button? Did you guys just not like the show?

Click it. You know you wanna.

I met a nice girl recently. She lives...quite far away. Thus, no shiny future for the two us. Sad, really. Plus I'm still thinking...oh, you're a bright kid, I'm sure you can figure it out.

Still, another pretty friend in the world is nothing to shake a stick at.

And we both know that I'm the type of guy just that'll just up and go someday.

Let's have a code, you and I; should I ever just leave suddenly, I'll post Gone Fishing!

Nothing else.

Then you'll know.

You'll know I cashed in those miles, packed my bags, sold the car, gave away Harold and the fish, and left. I'd be elsewhere.

Actually, I'd bring Harold.

I think he'd like to see the world too.

I don't think it's that people don't like it, but that you have to register at the site for your vote to count. I clicked the button, but I hate registering at new sites. So mine didn't count. I did digg the show though.

I clicked. Twice! I was wondering if I have to register in order for my click to count too. And I was too lazy to register. I figured you only asked us to click... and I did. Twice. So there!

I was vacationing up in Whistler the last couple of days & was pimpin' your video out there too!

I'm going to take another pic of Harold at some point. He's still not looking his best but he's getting better. I'll let him know you send his regards.

It's good to hear from you again; I was wondering where you were. Have you come to the big city yet?

I just woke up & decided to "work from home" today. So, maybe I can get around to registering...

Excellent. Looking forward to see Harold. I'm planning on coming to "the big city" in July. (gee, you make it sound like I come from the 'burbs!) 4 of my friends are in NYC right now. They've been there for nearly 3 weeks already. I'd be surprised if they haven't maxed out their credit cards yet. ANYWAY, I'll bring Harold some Canadian water when I come in July! And you - wine? Iced wine?

Yeah, the Digg registration was a pain. I didn't get my confirmation e-mail until hours after I registered, so my vote didn't count until late last night. :(

when you/your character gets agitated, this weird speech thing happens - it's almost like a lisp and it's hard to understand what you are saying.

Kind of a heads up about Digg. From what I understand they have a pretty robust anti-spam system to prevent "false diggs" from reaching their front page. I can't say I know how it works, however I'm thinking that if a whole bunch of newly registered Digg-users digg a specific story it might be flagged as "could be spam."

That said, I'm joining Digg right now. Digg+1
